I started my career on the beauty counter. Not in head office. Not in a consultancy. At the counter, with a brush in my hand, learning what it truly means to sell beauty.
From there, I built my career through every level of the industry, working with some of the world's most respected beauty brands across three continents.
As Sales & Education Manager for BECCA Cosmetics within The Estée Lauder Companies, I led the brand across 62 Sephora stores throughout the Middle East. Later, as Area Manager for KIKO Milano UAE, I was responsible for 20 stores and the teams behind them.
Throughout every role, one thing remained constant: I was passionate about finding exceptional people and helping them grow. Whether developing high-performing teams, identifying future leaders or supporting careers, people have always been the part of the business that inspired me most.
