I started my career on the beauty counter. Not in a head office, not in a consultancy — at the counter, with a brush in my hand, learning what it truly means to sell beauty. From there I worked my way through every level of this industry, across three continents and some of the world's most respected brands.
As Sales and Education Manager for BECCA Cosmetics within the Estée Lauder Companies, I managed the brand across 62 Sephora doors throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. As Area Manager for KIKO Milano UAE, I led 20 stores and the teams behind them. Throughout it all, the part I loved most was finding exceptional people and watching them grow.
The Beauty Talent Co. was born from a simple belief — that great beauty retail is built by great people, and that finding those people requires someone who truly understands this world from the inside. That is what I bring.
