Our fees are discussed upon receipt of your brief. We are structured to be significantly more competitive than generalist recruitment agencies and charge the hiring brand only — candidates are never charged.
We aim to present a shortlist of 2 to 3 pre-qualified candidates within 7 to 14 working days of receiving your brief, depending on the seniority and specificity of the role.
If a candidate introduced and placed by The Beauty Talent Co. leaves within 30 days of their confirmed start date, we will source a replacement at no additional charge.
We are based in Dubai and currently focused on the UAE market. We plan to expand across the GCC in the near future. If you have a role outside the UAE, please get in touch and we will advise.

The 30-day guarantee
Every placement we make comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves within 30 days of their confirmed start date, we will source a replacement at no additional charge. No questions asked.
