The Beauty Talent Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website and shares their information with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to beautytalentco.com and to the recruitment and talent-sourcing services we provide.

Who we are

The Beauty Talent Co. is a boutique talent sourcing consultancy for the beauty retail industry, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

If you contact us or send a brief (brands / employers)

Your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, the role you are hiring for, location, and the details of your enquiry.

If you register as a candidate

Your name, email address, phone number, current job title, employer, years of experience, location, the roles you are seeking, and — where you provide it — your CV/resume and any information contained within it.

When you browse the website

Limited technical information such as your IP address and basic usage data, handled through essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

We only collect information that you choose to provide, or that is necessary for the website to function.

How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry or brief;
  • register and assess your candidate profile, and consider you for relevant roles;
  • introduce suitable candidates to hiring brands (with the candidate’s knowledge);
  • communicate with you about opportunities, our services, and your enquiry;
  • operate, maintain and improve the website;
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing your information

We share personal data only where necessary, and only with:

  • Hiring brands / clients — for candidates, and only to introduce you to relevant opportunities. A candidate’s profile is never shared with a client without the candidate’s knowledge and consent.
  • Service providers who help us operate — for example our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our candidate-registration form provider (Microsoft Forms). These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in line with this policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Candidate information is retained so we can consider you for future roles; you can ask us to remove it at any time (see “Your rights”).

How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, including restricted access and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • withdraw consent or object to certain uses;
  • ask us to stop contacting you.
